Carbon nanotubes, also known as bucky tubes, are special one-dimensional quantum materials that are nanoscale in radial direction and micrometer in axial direction, basically sealed at both ends, and are crimped by graphene sheets. It was divided into single-walled (SWCNTs) and multi-walled (MWCNTs) according to the number of layers.

N-methylpyrrolidone, NMP for short, is a colorless transparent oily liquid with a slight amine taste. Its density is 1.028 (25 degrees), low viscosity, good stability, high polarity, low volatility, can be miscible with water and other moisture absorption, sensitive to light. Flammable, decomposition will produce toxic gas, water content of 50% and temperature above 50 degrees corrosive.

Process description: carbon nanotube conductive paste is made of carbon nanotubes, dispersant and solvent. During production, the qualified NMP, PVP and carbon nanotubes are put into the blender to mix, and then ground and disperse through the sand mill and the blender several cycles. When the particle size of the carbon nanotubes reaches 2-7um and the viscosity meets the standard, the finished product is obtained, and then the filling is carried out. No heating, no chemical reaction, carried out in a closed environment, no particulate matter, only a small amount of organic waste gas due to the volatilization of N-methylpirolidone.
