As a new material company on the same track, Zesheng New Materials focuses on the production and supply of “small transparent” NMP (1-Methyl-2-pyrrolidinone) solvents. Huaxin Materials is an enterprise focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of lithium battery copper foil, which belongs to Zhejiang Huayou Holding Group. At present, there are three production bases in Anhui Tongling, Guangxi Yulin, and Jiangxi Nanchang in China, and new production bases are planned in Quzhou, Zhejiang, Erdos, Inner Mongolia and other places, and the strength seems to be very strong.
Now, Huachuang Materials has not only received new investment from CATL’s wholly-owned subsidiary Wending Investment, but also received investment from affiliated companies of four major battery companies including EVE, Gotion High-Tech, Qianhai Hongsheng, and COSMX.
The current shareholding is as follows: CATL indirectly holds 2.2%, EVE indirectly holds 2.5201%, Gotion High-Tech holds 0.63% indirectly, SUNWODA holds 0.63% indirectly, and COSMX indirectly holds 0.63%.
